BBG processes the personal data collected to meet the needs and expectations of data subjects, as the core for designing and providing the effective, efficient provision of services by its specialist staff. The legal grounds for data processing are established as per Articles 6 and 9 of the General Data Protection Regulation, and the data subject is informed of the lawful basis applicable for the provision of each service, which may be consent, performance of a legal relationship to which the data subject is party, fulfilment of an obligation in law or the lawful interests of BBG.

The register of processing operations and the additional information on each specific processing operation include the legal grounds applicable in each case.

In certain circumstances related to their personal situations, data subjects may oppose the processing of their data. In such cases BBG will cease to process the data unless it is obliged to do otherwise by law or for making or responding to potential complaints.

Data subjects who have granted their consent for specific purposes are entitled to withdraw that consent at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on their consent prior to such withdrawal.
